Download Decryption Certificate

After you have generated or imported the Decryption Certificate is time to install it into connecting clients thus establishing the trust required for HTTPS decryption.

Important

Please note that here we assume that the browsers in your LAN are managed - thus you as administrator are legally allowed to inspect the HTTPS traffic. This is important, because inspecting HTTPS traffic may require performing some legal steps in some countries so be sure you understand what you are doing before continuing.

First, download the myca.der file into the machine where you will perform the installation either from the login page of the Admin UI or from the HTTPS / Root Certificate page as shown below.

Next you would need to install this Decryption Certificate as trusted into the client machines. We will describe how this can be done in Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS.
